Wine Review: This wine opens with an interesting tobacco and ashtray like aroma. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is very well balanced and has concentrated fruit flavors. This wine would pair well with beef stew. The finish is very very dry and brief. Enjoy - KWGTP

What is Chicken St. Timothy?
Large cubes of chicken breast that are dipped in egg wash and then drenched in flour. Then saute the chicken with sliced mushrooms in a stick of butter. Once the flour absorbs the butter, add plenty of Chardonnay, and diced scallions. Finish off the dish with heavy cream. Serve hot and enjoy! It’s delicious!
