Wine Review: This wine came in second place at our recent Sauvignon Blanc blind tasting. It opens with a bit of a musty and earthy bouquet. On the palate, this wine is lively, fairly well balanced and has good acidity. The flavor profile is lemon. The panel member thought this would match well with shrimp and fish. The finish of this wine is dry and quite extended. Enjoy – KWGTP
