This dark red offering from Damiani was one of the winners from the vintage. This wine opens with a light blackberry like bouquet. On the palate, this full bodied wine is round, very approachable, and has terrific blackberry and plum like flavors. The finish is very very dry and is very long in length. This wine will match well with steak now and reward the owner after 3 to 5 years in the cellar.
