Wine Review: This wine was the steal of the trip to the Finger Lakes. Wow! What a deal. This wine opens with a light apple like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, creamy, and elegant. This wine is a terrific food wine that is just so versatile. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. This is not a complex wine, but just one to enjoy just about any time. Enjoy this wine by the case – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A flowery nose with subtle apple aroma. Smooth and crisp with ample fruit and a lush texture. Complexities of oak and grass mingle on the palate to produce this unique new kind of Chardonnay.

Clinking Glasses Before Tasting Wine: Originates from medieval times. Milk was often spoiled, water was often polluted. Wine was usually safe. The host would drink the wine first and then clink glasses with guests to show the wine was good and safe for drinking.
