Wine Review: Goose Watch is a picturesque winery overlooking Cayuga Lake. "Melody" is a hybrid grape that originates from 15 varieties. Goose Watch’s Melody wine is a real crowd pleaser. It opens with a light and pleasant floral bouquet. On the palate, the wine is semi sweet, round, pleasing, and soft. This wine would match well with grilled chicken marinated with Caesar dressing. The finish is pleasant. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A newer premium grape variety developed by Cornell University at the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station in Geneva. Melody is a crisp semi-dry wine that offers delicate floral and vanilla aromas and bright citrusy flavors. Accompanies poultry dishes especially well. Residual Sugar: 2%
