Wine Review: This yellow wine has a faint earthy, grassy like bouquet with some wood influence. This medium bodied wine is round, viscous, and displays tropical fruit flavors with hints of toasty oak. The finish is dry, smoky, and a bit tingly. The panel thought this wine would pair nicely with salmon and roast turkey. Enjoy – KWGTP
