Wine Review: This white gold wine opens with a light banana and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, creamy, has mild citrus like flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel would pair this wine with pork with calvados or chicken, broccoli with a cream sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A smooth, youthful wine full of full of irresistible charm. Citrus/tropical fruit aromas on the nose, with a rich, complex palate and light mineral character. Excellent with poultry, smoked salmon or creamy pasta dishes.
