Wine Review: Our blind tasting panel recently recommended this Zin from Opolo. This dark purple wine opens with a very inviting sweet black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is well balanced, shows some sweetness, and displays packed raspberry fruit flavors with hints of menthol. The finish is nicely dry, a bit hot, and subtle. The panel thought this wine would pair nicely with barbeque steak tips. Enjoy- KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This blend of Zinfandel was selected by our owner/winemakers as their own small lot. This is a "big" Zinfandel, yet elegant at the same time. Bold fruit flavors and just the right amount of barrel aging make it an enjoyable wine for any time.
