Wine Review: This young wine was a wine that our panel recommended now and thought would shine even more with a little bottle age. This strawberry colored wine opens with a spicy strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this light to medium bodied wine is balanced, a bit lively, has a dry mouthfeel, and slightly tart strawberry like flavors. The finish is dry and quite tannic and lingers a bit. The panel felt this wine would currently compliment Pot Roast. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Handley’s 2006 Mendocino Pinot Noir offers aromas of violets and raspberries. Subtle oak adds depth and complexity to bright cherry flavors.
