Wine Review: This was my second favorite offering from the vertical tasting of Palmes d’Or that I recently attended at Radius in Boston. This golden champagne opens with a pleasant doughy and floral like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied Champagne is very smooth, elegant, quite creamy, well balanced, with dough and lemon like flavors. The finish is dry, refreshing, and nicely prolonged. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: a golden hue, with fine and delicate bubbles. Nose: its complex aromas are dominated by hints of citrus fruit and pastry, underscored by subtle notes of hawthorn and lemon peel. Palate: smooth, full-bodied favour with a long finish
