2006 Concha y Toro Sauvignon Blanc "Terrunyo Block 28"![]() Winery: Concha y Toro Vintage: 2006 Wine Name/Vineyard: "Terrunyo Block 28" Wine Category: Sauvignon Blanc Grape blend: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Region: Casablanca Valley State or country: Chile Price: $25 Cases produced: 6,600 KWG Score: 92 (based on 6 reviews) Ken's Wine Rating: Very Good (89.99-87) Review date: July 4, 2008 Wine Review: This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc from Chile was recently recommended by our tasting panel. This wine opens with a ripe pear like bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this light bodied wine is balanced, crisp, mouthwatering, and displays light lime like flavors with plenty of minerality. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with bruschetta or ham with sliced pineapple. Winemaker Notes: Not Available Organic status: not organic Subscribers: Have you tried this wine?
