This light yellow wine opens with a faint quince like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round and shows crispy acidity. Yet it is creamy as well. The favor profile is that of rhubarb and quince pie like flavors. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with apple strudel.
