Wine Review: This pale yellow Champagne from Feuillate has very fine bubbles and opens with an attractive apple like bouquet with hints of toast. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is bubbly, nicely balanced, and shows mineral and green apple flavors with hints of lime. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel would pair this Champagne with spring rolls and cheese based appetizers. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Subtle pale green hue, with fine and abundant bubbles. The Chardonnay gives off mineral aromas, such as the chalk on which it thrives, or gratifies us with some exotic flavours in more continental climates, including hints of flowers such as may blossom and acacia. You often may find some more subtle scents too, like citrus fruit, pear or even lime blossom. Full-bodied, lively, fresh, and strong. Superb as an aperitif, this Cuvée will as well reveal its harmony as an accompaniment of the finest oysters, or an elegant dessert with a delicate lemon tart.
