On the palate, this medium bodied wine is soft, balanced, and very easy to drink. It displays quite tasty blueberry flavors. The finish is dry and its soft tannins are nicely prolonged. This is a perfect wine to enjoy with a gourmet burger smothered with sautéed mushrooms and onions, and topped with cheddar cheese. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Blackberry and spice perfume, a hint of white stone and aniseed. Palate: Big, ripe, round and juicy. Vanillan oak complexity with hints of wood smoke. Long soft tannin finish.
