Wine Review: I recently attended a tasting of new release New Zealand wines and this Sauvignon Blanc from Allan Scott was one of my favorites. This pale yellow colored wine opens with a classic grapefruit like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, with nicely integrated acidity, and very tasty lime flavors with just a hint of lemon. The finish is dry and refreshing. Pair this gem with swordfish and enjoy. – Ken
