Wine Review: This dark red colored wine opens with an attractive menthol and light blackberry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced, smooth, and soft with tasty fruit forward cherry flavors. The finish is dry and its managed tannins are nicely prolonged. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with veal parmigianna or Beef Bolognese. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of cassis, raspberry, red cherry, black pepper and violets followed by lush, fruit forward flavors of cherry, raspberry and plum throughout along with spicy pepper, vanilla and earth in the long, smooth finish. A full-bodied, complex wine with a rich, round mouth feel and nicely integrated tannins.
