Wine Review: If you are looking for an everyday white wine quaffer, I have found one for you. This light yellow wine opens with a bee’s wax candle like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied balanced, and easy to drink with its light kiwi flavors and a touch of lime. The finish is dry and it fades away nicely. This is an approachable food friendly wine that would pair well with light fish like haddock or trout. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The full-bodied wine has a star-bright yellow color, with a vibrant green tinge. Beautifully expressive sweet fruit aromas of yellow Golden Delicious apples, ripe pears and floral notes dominate the bouquet. A tropical fruit salad of melons, guavas and pineapples fill the palate. Sun-ripened Chenin has a subtle honey and raisin flavor which adds to the layered complexity and smooth silky texture on the finish.
