Wine Review: This dark ruby wine has a nice light bouquet that is a bit earthy. On the palate, this wine is quite tasty, smooth, and a touch acidic. The wine is nicely flavored and would be a good match for steak. The finish is slightly extended and a touch dry. This wine is to be consumed soon. Enjoy – KWGTP

Clinking Glasses Before Tasting Wine: Originates from medieval times. Milk was often spoiled, water was often polluted. Wine was usually safe. The host would drink the wine first and then clink glasses with guests to show the wine was good and safe for drinking.
