Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with pleasant lavender and oak like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced and very easy to drink with juicy black currant like flavors. There is also a touch of oak as well. The finish is dry and its mild tannins linger nicely. The panel thought this wine would pair quite nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Red Plum color. Smokey black and blueberry fruits. Juicy black cherry/berries, velvety tannins, long, and luscious. Co-fermented Shiraz and Viognier minimum oak, fruit driven.
