Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Zin from Paso opens with a peppery and raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is nicely balanced, smooth and displays tasty cherry vanilla flavors. The finish is dry and its building tannins drift away nicely. The panel would pair this Zin with Coq Au Vin. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our most elegant zinfandel of the vineyard designate line up. The cool climate allows for a slow ripening season with few raisins. The result is a wine that possesses fruity aromas with nice structure, spice, and balance.
