Wine Review: This pale yellow Riesling finished in third place in our recent blind tasting. It opens with a pleasant light lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this Riesling is light bodied, crisp, a bit brisk, and displays tangy green apple flavors with notes of grapefruit. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel would pair this wine with chicken divan or chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2007 Dry Riesling is fresh and crisp with a bright finish. Flavors of lime and apple bounce around the palate with a zesty essence of tangerine.

What did the grape say when the elephant stepped on it? It didn't say anything. It just let out a little whine.
