It opens with a pleasant light lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this Riesling is light bodied, crisp, a bit brisk, and displays tangy green apple flavors with notes of grapefruit. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel would pair this wine with chicken divan or chicken cordon bleu.
