Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot from Givry opens with an attractive spicy strawberry and plum like bouquet with notes of pepper and cedar mixed in. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, soft, and not overly structured. It displays an unripe strawberry and light tart cherry flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel thought this wine would go well with Creole shrimp or burritos. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Red color with crimson tints. Beautiful aromatic intensity where is mixing black berries and strawberry aromas. Very complex, rich, and concentrated mouth with a lot of fruit and freshness.
