Wine Review: This opaque and dark purple colored Tempranillo opens with a fragrant cherry-cola and red plum bouquet with a hint of craisin. On the palate, this wine comes across clearly as an Old World styled wine. It is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild black olive and flinty mineral blend with notes of black raspberry. I also detected hints of prune and balsamic. The finish is dry and its flavors and well-managed tannins drift away nicely. This wine is a food wine. I would pair it with chicken Marbella. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intensely garnet red in color, the Crianza's juicy notes of ripe berries are accented by soft touches of sweet spice and violet on the palate.
