Wine Review: This inky purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Alpha Omega is Terrific! It opens with a blueberry, graphite, and vanilla bouquet with hints of leather, black cherry, and cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very well-balanced, silky smooth, polished and nicely structured. The flavor profile is very tasty blueberry and graphite blend with notes of cedar and mild black cherry. We also detected some hints of black tea, clove, and mocha. The finish is dry and its well-managed refined round tannins build-up and are endlessly sustained. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with Roy's prime rib roast. Enjoy – KWGTP
