Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Malbec from Argentina benefits from some aeration. It opens with a black raspberry and pomegranate bouquet with hints of musty earth. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, rich and savory. The flavor profile is an extracted blackberry and black olive blend with notes of pomegranate, oak, and black licorice. I also detected hints of black pepper and spiced black plum. The finish is dry, and its concentrated flavors linger and last for a while. I would pair this Malbec with a roasted turkey legs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense red with purple hues. Fresh berries and cherry aromas, with a hint of violet. Delicate notes of wood on the nose. To be served at between 61-65 degrees Fahrenheit. Can be cellared for up to 7 years.
