Wine Review: This ruby colored red blend opens with a mild red plum and red cherry bouquet with hints of red currant, clove, and jasmine. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, super smooth, seamless, and delicate. The flavor profile is a tasty graphite and blueberry blend with notes of oak, black tea, and very ripe black plum. We also detected hints of cocoa and cola mixed in. The finish is dry, and its well-managed fine tannins linger and last for a very long time. I would pair this gem with a grilled hanger steak. Enjoy - Ken
