Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Blanc from Luxembourg is very good. It opens with a fragrant lime and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a nicely integrated gentle minerality and lemon-lime blend with a hint of saline. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Pinot Blanc is food friendly and would pair well with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Sublimely elegant, discreet nose revealing a number of varied aromas (peach, pear, fresh almond) and citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit). The same aromas come to the fore on the palate, making for a well-balanced, extremely fresh wine. It is elegant and not over-powering, the perfect partner for cold or warm fish-based starters.
