On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, elegant and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty plum and black cherry blend with hints of cedar and gentle minerality. The finish is dry and its moderate fine tannins drift away nicely. This tasty Italian treat would pair very nicely with sautéed veal medallions in a mushroom and brown butter sauce. Enjoy - Ken Winemaker Notes: Perfect with dishes with strong flavour, dark meat such as beef or lamb. Game - fried or stewed - dark wild fowl.
