Wine Review: This opaque and very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with a mild black cherry bouquet with a hint of black licorice and blueberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is black cherry with notes of menthol, black licorice, and a hint of oak. The finish is quite dry and its building sturdy tannins are very long. Decant this wine and serve it with a well marbled ribeye. Enjoy – Ken
