Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine from Tavel opens with a mild floral bouquet that features rose buds. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and refined. The flavor profile is a nicely integrated mineral and mild watermelon blend with a hint a red cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors show nice length for a Rose. This very good Rose would stand up nicely with blackened swordfish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This rose wine is bright with a fuchsia pink color. A rich fruity nose showing nice little red berries notes (raspberry and strawberry). Fresh and balanced on the palate, rounded, then offering a deep finish with grapefruit notes. A Tavel rose that is extremely pleasant, refreshing, and can be enjoyed on every occasion.
