Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored wine opens with a light cantaloupe like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp, and a little lively. The flavor profile is a cross between green apple and lime with notes of minerality as well. The finish is dry, refreshing, and subtle. This wine is a nice option for the summer. Chilled, poolside, and with sliced fruit would be quite enjoyable. Ken

Winemaker Notes: "The mostly stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp, refreshing style of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine offers fresh aromas of herbs and lavender with a beautiful floral note. Limited barrel aging gives the wine a rich character on the palate that would pair well with dishes with cream sauce."
