Wine Review: This pale straw colored Torrontes opens with a very fragrant lychee and yellow peach bouquet with hints of papaya, rose petal and grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a tasty lychee, yellow peach, and sage blend with notes of saline and orange zest. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. I would serve this Torrontes slightly chilled with crispy baked scallops. Enjoy - Ken
