Wine Review: This crisp and very aromatic Torrontes from Argentina is a medium white gold color and displays a very intense bouquet that includes sweet white peach, jasmine, tea roses, grapefruit, and wet stone aromas. There is a round and supple mouthfeel on the palate, which is fresh, balanced, and medium bodied, with medium-plus acidity. I found flavors of tart lemon, juicy white peach, saline and a hint of white pepper. The finish is dry, tangy, and lingers for a while. Pair with butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sauce. - Mark
