Wine Review: This light yellow colored value wine opens with a light honeydew melon and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. On the palate, the flavor profile is a gentle lemon lime with notes of honey mixed in. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a good value opening wine. Try it with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: "This Sauvignon Blanc contributes aromas of citrus, melon, and green apple, with hints of freshly mown grass. The bright fruit flavors are accentuated by racy acidity and end with a crisp, clean finish" — Ray Einberger, Winemaker
