Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot opens with a black raspberry bouquet with notes of cherry cola and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty mild black currant with hints of gentle black raspberry, smoky oak and some minerals. The finish is dry and its very refined tannins fade away nicely. This Pinot is smooth and elegant. I would pair it with filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
