Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a smoky oak bouquet with a hint of black raspberry and rose blossom. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a smoky oak and mild black raspberry blend with hints of rhubarb and red beet. The finish is dry and its smoky oak notes linger for a while after the wine is gone. This Pinot would pair well with a thyme seasoned pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
