On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, rich and fruit forward. The flavor profile is an extracted black currant with notes of black cherry and blueberry with a hint of menthol and oak. The finish is dry and a bit warm. The panel suggested pairing this Cab with duck breast or Colorado lamb chops.
