Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit and wet stone bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gooseberry and saline blend with notes of lime and saline. I also detected hints of honeydew melon and lemon tea. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with a grilled swordfish sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
