Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Sinegal opens with a lime and gentle grapefruit bouquet with a hint of mango. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, slightly creamy, and gentle. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle lemon-lime and chalky minerality blend with notes of green apple. I also detected hints of faint yellow grapefruit and saline. The finish is dry and very refreshing. I would pair this quaffer of a Sauvignon Blanc with broiled scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: On the nose there are aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, honeycomb. There are flavors of apricots, white grapefruit, melon, refreshing acidity and minerality.
