Wine Review: This very pale pink wine from France comes in an attractive frosty bottle. It opens with a wet stone and mild nectarine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused gentle tangerine and nectarine blend. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this versatile Rose with tomato and basil bruschetta. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale pink, slightly salty, fresh, spicy and mineral nose. The mouth is strong in flavor, the fruit and spices are present in the mouth with a nice roundness in the finish. Pair with sushi, tapas, seafood, fish, paella, grilled, salad... or even alone!
