Wine Review: This almost clear colored sparkler opens with many slow moving tiny bubbles. On the nose, it displays a fragrant bread dough with a hint of apple. On the palate, this sparkler is light bodied, crisp, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with a hint of lime. The finish is dry and a refreshing. This good value sparkler would pair well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Sparkling wine is a wonderful yet often overlooked accompaniment to food. Bright acidity and effervescence cleanses the palate, while the delicate flavors complement a wide array of dishes. Brut pairs very well with Japanese cuisine, my favorite is with sashimi. Sip with bagels and lox for a relaxing weekend brunch.
