On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly effervescent, crisp, and shows forward acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused ripe lime and green apple. There is also a hint of apricot and tangerine in the background as well. The finish is sweet and nicely refreshing. This wine would be a nice aperitif. Serve it with bacon wrapped scallops.
