On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied and shows off rich ripe flavors and nice off-setting acidity. The flavor profile is a very mild mineral infused ripe orange and pear blend. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger for quite some time after the wine is gone. This wine would pair well with Thai food. Chicken satay with peanut sauce came to mind first.
