Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild wet stone bouquet with a hint of Clementine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly viscous, yet effervescent and crisp. The flavor profile is a ripe green apple with notes of minerality, lime and tangerine. The finish is sweet and nicely refreshing. Pair this Very Good Riesling with skewered sea scallops and tuna to enhance the meal. Enjoy – Ken
