Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a petrol and mild green pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and has easy going. The flavor profile is a mineral infused apple with hints of white pepper and pear. The finish is mildly sweet and refreshing. This wine would Weisswurst with sauerkraut. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett has a bouquet of ripe apricot, with spicy and exotic notes. A well integrated acidity with Golden Delicious, nutmeg and white pepper notes. It is the ideal partner for delicate foods. Try this Riesling with escalope of veal, shellfish or shrimps.
