On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a delicious mild peach and ripe apple blend with hints of lychee and delicate minerality. The finish remains delicately sweet and sensuous. This Riesling is a perfect wine for a date night with a green apple and sharp cheese platter to share with someone you really like. There is not much of this great wine, find some soon. Ready, set, go! - Ken Winemaker Notes: The Doctorberg Riesling Spätlese comes with yellow and ripe fruit like ripe pineapple, peach and apricot.
