Wine Review: This straw colored Riesling opens with a mild mineral and gentle iced tea bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple and pineapple blend with hints of tangerine, minerality and a touch of peach. The finish is pleasantly sweet. I would pair this very yummy Riesling with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
