Wine Review: This light yellow Riesling opens with a mild pear and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, syrupy, and rather sweet. The flavor profile is a blend of apricot and lemon with notes of black tea. The finish is rather refreshing. This would be a very nice complement to ham based appetizers like a mini ham and cheese quiche. Enjoy - Ken
