Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a wet stone like bouquet with hints of green apple and light banana. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced, and gentle with a touch of spritz. The flavor profile is a mild but complex blend of ripe pear with faint hints of peach, grapefruit, and apricot. There are also notes of minerality. The finish is slightly sweet and nicely refreshing. This is a very versatile Riesling that would pair well with turkey or Theresa’s chicken pot pie. Enjoy - Ken
