Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and viscous. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with a touch of peach detected as well. The finish is pleasantly sweet and refreshing. This offering would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This vintage of the wine is loaded with vibrant scents of green apples, powdered minerals and hints of peaches and pears, supported by dried pineapple flavors and framed by tart lemon-lime acidity. Try it with any mildly spiced foods – such as Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Creole, jerk or Indian. You will be surprised of this unique combination.
